The Improvement Of Government Information Services In The Employment Of College Students

Employment is the greatest livelihood.At present,China’s higher education has developed from elite education to mass education.Whether college students can achieve high-quality and high quality employment is related not only to the reform of higher education,but also to the harmony and stability of the whole society.Therefore,the government at all levels attaches great importance to the problem of College Students’ employment,and puts a prominent position on the problem of solving the problem of College Students’ employment.In 2018,the total number of college graduates in China reached 8 million 200 thousand,the vast majority of them were"post-90s".The "post-90s" College Students’ daily life learning is closely related to the Internet,and the Internet is the main channel for them to obtain employment information services.Employment information service is a basic public service provided by the government to promote the full employment of college students.At present,the main participation of the government in providing employment information services for college students is the educational departments and human resources and social security departments.Due to the lack of system guarantee and unified planning,investment structure imbalance and lack of use of new technology,the employment information service the two main responsibilities are to provide supply form of lack of diversification,supply and demand does not match the content and effectiveness of supply shortage.Based on the analysis of the current situation of government employment information services and the existing problems,through a case study of innovation practice of Jiangsu province college graduates employment information service,analyzes the construction process on the improvement of government information service based on the practical experience from the perspective of supply side reforms.To improve government information service in employment,we should do well in standard construction,integrate business platform,strengthen information sharing,introduce market mechanism,standardize project approval,and strengthen precise service.
