Research On Career Guidance To Contemporary Ollege Students

With the social development and deepened reform on higher education system in China, college students'employment become a social hot and difficult spot increasingly, and it brings a series of challenges to the employment guidance which is closely related to itself. In order to reply these challenges, this thesis suggests to setting up a whole-process employment guidance mode to innovate the current guidance.The thesis starts from China's actual conditions and colleges'reality and draws lessons from the western countries'theoretical fruit on vacational guidance, then submit a whole-process career guidance mode which be guided with the vocational development theory, be launched facing whole college students and be run through the university stage. This thesis discusses specifically the guidance meaning of the vacational development theory to the career guidance, expounds the whole-process career guidance's definition, necessity, contents, methods and other mating conditions, and interprets its core objective——culcivating and enhancing the abilities of employment competition for all students.On practical construction, the thesis points out that the career guidance is not only the work for Students'Affairs Department and for Career Guidance Center to help students hunt a job, but also the education and service activity for schools to guide students'accomplishment. To achieve this point, it needs to break though the traditional single career guidance pattern to construct a new system composed of guidance's of job-selecting, career work, engaging work and pioneering word. The thesis also notes that the work for career guidance must be focused on relevant carrier constructions and puts forward some countermeasures on building career guidance bodies, the contingent of career guidance, employment information net and curricular system for job-hunting guidance.
