Under the situation that our country is taking the strategy of popularization of high eduation and reforming the employment mechanism of university graduates ,the employmentary problem for university graduates is received more and more attention .Correspondingly , the employment guidance job of the university graduates gradually get warmly attention from society and becomes the category of exports`study.From the 1920s,the work for that gradually form certain mechanism which efficienctly assure that graduates can find jobs under the new circumstance of employment. However,along the development of time and the refomation of society, politics and economy, the direction for the employmentary work of university gaduates also faces chanlleges and new requiements .How to make the employment guidance job at the development of continuous improvement, constant innovation, not just theorists to be the focus of concern, but also practice workers must face .This thesis has long been engaged in employment combined with my own practice, focused on the construction and implementation of three-dimensional model of career guidance system .Three-dimensional model of career guidance career guidance include the University Students comprehensiveness objectives, content of the multi-dimensional, the whole process, and forms of diversification, the subject of specialization, the main object such as omni-directional, multi-angle to build three-dimensional model, are scientific and comprehensive arrangements and organizations for college students to achieve the career guidance aspect, all the work, university teaching and management systems.The main thesis of six parts. The preamble of the main three-dimensional model of career guidance set up the historical background, research purposes, research the status quo and what are three-dimensional model system for career guidance. The first part of the body of thesis--- the status quo of university students career guidance, saying that University Students Career Guidance System has many problems and shortcomings. First, the contents of employment guidance is single, the degree of system is not enough; second,the lack of professional career guidance and professional bodies guiding force; third, closed extensive career guidance model. The second part, the theoretical basis and practical foundation of modeling. It maily consist of theoretical basis and practical .Third part of the basic principles of modeling. Turning to the development principles, systematic principle-oriented principle, the principle of service, practical principles, guiding principles, such as six key principles. Part IV---the basic model framework, mainly composed of three parts. The first,the multidimensional goal and content comprehensive of the career guidance;second,the forms diversification ;third, ranks of full employment guidance and personalized guidance to the target. Effects are composed of the the basic profiles of employment and job satisfaction. Finally concluding remarks are.
