Private higher vocational education based on the plight of Hunan province as the research background, the higher vocational education run by faculty with existing problems as the research object, to seek solutions of the problems for the goal, through the questionnaire, interview and case study method in different areas of Hunan province has a representative of the five private colleges, fully understand its faculty, use historical analysis and comparison, the union human resources management theory, the theory of teachers' professional specialization and relevant incentive theory, from the Angle of history and reality for the reasons, find out the problem, and to solve the problem correctly, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Our vocational education, especially higher vocational education of supernormal private non-governmental higher vocational education development, the special system and social economy developed rapidly in Hunan of specific environment of higher vocational education in Hunan private staff shortage, stability, structural imbalance, imbalance, the quality is not high, the good and bad are intermingled. The article private colleges with effect of internal and external factors affecting the teaching evaluation oriented, social approval is low, non-state-run universities, managerial condition is not high, motivation is pure, no scientific incentive system and analyzes the factors that influence etc, private colleges with interactive teaching model of influencing factors.This paper points out that, to solve these problems, the government's macro and micro levels for both the institutions. From on macroscopic said, the government must for private higher vocational teachers team construction increasing policy support and funding support to the identity of the managers should be closely linked with the enterprises and institutions of higher vocational teachers training development in higher vocational colleges, which run training and transmission of high-quality teachers. From microcosmic, private higher vocational colleges should optimize conditions for running schools, correct motive, perfecting the incentive system, impact assessment guide social recognition, ambitious, investors should be updated investment concept, establish "investment faculty" is the most important investment concept, through the introduction and training of increasing efforts to optimize the structure of teachers' team, improve teachers' quality, especially to strengthen professional teachers double-quality teachers' training, by strengthening the construction of subject to promote teacher's professional development, Through improving teachers' benefits, create harmonious atmosphere to stable faculty, arouse teachers' working enthusiasm, enhance the cohesive force and teachers team in colleges of belonging. All these, higher vocational education must be strengthened private teachers team construction. Only the construction of good quality, reasonable structure, ZhuanJian combination, distinct characteristics, relative stability of teachers, can effectively promote vocational education of non-governmental higher smooth development.
