Research On Teaching Faculty Development Of Private Colleges

And those greatly influence the future of the survival of private universities. The paper aims to analyze the problems of construction of teaching staff of the private universities in higher education development, and to explore ways and methods to solve the problems. This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction which mainly introduces the ideas and methods research status and the domestic and foreign research background.The second part is theory which is to define the connotative development of higher education, and analyzes the particularity of the direction of development of private colleges and universities on the connotative development of higher education and the relationship between them. presenting the current situation of college English teachers in private colleges from the perspective of higher education connotation development statusThe third part is analysis of the present situation, pointed out the problems:the use of the Institute survey methods were introduced in detail, and according to the relevant research data from the perspective of higher education connotation development on the current situation of the private college English teachers, the reasons are analyzed, and accordingly points out the existing main problems.The fourth part is to put forward countermeasures to solve the problem:from two aspects of the management of private college English teachers and the training of teachers, listing the specific strategies to solve the construction of College English teaching staff in private colleges and universities are expounded in this paper.The fifth part is the conclusion which mainly introduces the impact of pushing the connotative development of private colleges under the higher education connotation development of college English teachers’ team construction in private colleges, improving the quality as the core.
