The Research On The Issue Of College Students' Entrepreneurship Training

With China's economic development and social progress, the structure and the way of China's employment change greatly. Starting their own businesses becomes the new trend of students'employment. However, The entrepreneurial path is extremely difficult. If students want to succeed in business the training of entrepreneurial ability is the key. Cultivating entrepreneurship of the college students, is the urgent need of persisting people-oriented policy and building the socialist harmonious society. It is also the need of adapting to the development of the socialist market economy, relieving the growing pressure on social employment and following the direction of higher education reform.But at present the developing of our students'entrepreneurial capacity-building is still immature. There are some problems in many aspects such as the respect of individual and family, the poor sense business and the outdated concept. Besides the universities lack the systematic theory entrepreneurship education and curriculum; Alao from the perspective of government, the entrepreneurship infrastructure is poor and policy and measures are not matchingly supported. Finally, the cultural atmosphere of entrepreneurship in society is not strong in social environment and so on.Therefore, this article focuses on the question of students'entrepreneurship training, by searching literature, comparing domestic and foreign enterprise education models and strategies. The author also summarizes their experience and find out the problems and difficulties of our students'entrepreneurship training. With analysis of the reasons for its existence, and specific China's national conditions and characteristics of college students, the author tentatively explores new models and proposes new measures, which effectively builds a new students'entrepreneurship training model in China. At last, taking Hebei Agricultural University Students as an exemple, by the questionnaire analysing the entrepreneurship status of the school's students, the author obtains some of the findings and puts forward some suggestions for our school in students'entrepreneurship training.The paper is divided into seven parts:The first part is introduction, elaborating the significance of the students'entrepreneurship training and the research contents, methods, ideas and innovation in this article.The second part is theoretical analysis, defining the concepts of students's entrepreneurial ability, elaborating the structural system of students'entrepreneurship training and the explaining the basic principles of Marxism applied to the students'entrepreneurship training, at last ,analying dialectical relationship between students'entrepreneurship training and ideals and convictions.The third part is analysis of the current situation, analying the development overview of students'entrepreneurship training in our country, finding out the main problems and reasons.The fourth part covers the foreign situation and its implications, through analying the students'entrepreneurship training of United Kingdom, United States, South Korea, Japan and other countries, obtaining the Useful insights to our country.The fifth part is the researching of training strategy, proposing new model and countermeasures of students'entrepreneurship training.The sixth part is empirical study, through analying the questionnaire of Hebei Agricultural University Students and the cases of successful business in the school, proposing the suggestions of students'entrepreneurship training suited to our school.The seventh part is conclusion,through summarying the full text, obtaining the further study of the contents.
