Research On The Employ Ability Improvement Strategies Of Jiangxi GC Vocational College Students From The Perspective Of Double Entrepreneurship

In recent years,social competition has become increasingly fierce,the employment situation has become more severe,and the employment pressure of higher vocational students has also followed.In this regard,encouraging students to innovate and start businesses is not only an important way to improve the quality of higher vocational education,but also for higher vocational schools.The employment of students provides an important channel.Taking Jiangxi GC Vocational College as an example,it studies the current situation and shortcomings of its innovation and entrepreneurship ability cultivation,and proposes specific strategies for vocational innovation and entrepreneurship to promote employment,in order to effectively promote innovation and entrepreneurship,and at the same time provide benefits for related vocational education.Reference.Starting from the reality of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the national innovation development strategy,the contradiction between the current vocational college students’ insufficient innovation and entrepreneurship ability and economic and social needs is discussed.Taking talents as the starting point,with the theme of "Innovative and Entrepreneurial Ability in Higher Vocational Colleges to Promote Employment",from the cultivation of students’ innovative and entrepreneurial ability in higher vocational colleges,this idea is the research object.Taking the concept of consciousness,education level,practice system,and support environment as the path,it systematically discussed how to effectively improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of students in higher vocational colleges from schools,students,enterprises,governments,and society,and finally achieve the role of promoting employment.This study takes Jiangxi GC College as an example.Through field interviews and questionnaire surveys,it analyzes in detail its current situation and problems in innovation and innovation ability and employment promotion.For example,the concept of innovation and innovation needs to be improved,and there is room for improvement in innovation and innovation ability.Weak practical links in innovation ability and lack of support environment for innovation and innovation ability.In this regard,we propose corresponding strategies from the four aspects of cultivating awareness and concept,cultivating education level,cultivating practice system,and cultivating support environment: specifically,there are clear innovation and innovation capabilities.Ability education concept,cultivate students’ awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship,promote the integration of theory and practice,enhance the professional construction of the teaching staff,strengthen the construction of the practice platform system,improve the ability training evaluation system,enrich the innovation and entrepreneurship policy of higher vocational education,and improve the social support system for innovation and entrepreneurship.
