In the reading process, there are always some differences between the junior middle school's students and their teachers in the fields of identities, thinkings and methods. At the same time, as a common person, students and teachers are the most active factors during the reading process. The study of the teacher-student's interpretation differences could help us understand the emphasis and the difficulties of reading teaching. In the aspects of the teachers, they can have more destination to realize the importance of the targeted teaching and promote vision fusion between the students and the teachers.The reading way is different because everybody has many different experiences. The research on the humanized management is the inevitable result of education development. Therefore, junior high school Chinese teachers and students should think of close to the author's intention to understand each other. They must be an acceptance, understanding and integration of interactivity mentality. Based on some existing problems,this article makes a comprehensive research on reading education.This article is based on humanity and sensibility to explore how teachers promote students' spiritual growth in the reading process. The teachers must change the education concepts and think the essential reason. The teachers should find out teaching measures timely to guide the students'reading. Ultimate goal is that teachers should richen Chinese language teaching theory and practice.This paper is divided into three parts.The first chapter of this article is aimed at analyzing differences between teachers'and students'reading caused by the deep reasons. In the second chapter, I want to try using some famous teachers'education thoughts and the domestic and international advanced concepts for my effective teaching designs. To the theory and practice, teachers should understand the combination of the ways of reading. In the third chapter, I have some personal preliminary explorations such as Transparent reading teaching. I expect that this teaching method can help middle school teachers find the differences between the teachers and students in the reading process. Mainly by setting teaching goals,teachers should follow the design in each stage of the target. The first one is clear goals to help the teacher read the specific teaching ways. Secondly, in the process of expansion and the process, teachers should set some transparent obstacles to help their students read the text. Finally, teachers should think and found out stimulate reflection on the evaluation after class. Moreover, I also expect to make some theoretical researches and practical innovations by writing this article.
