The teaching of Chinese reading is a major focus of Chinese teaching.Text interpretation is the important process of the Chinese teaching and learning activity.However,since the implementation of the new curriculum,Chinese Reading Teaching in primary and secondary schools is facing many new challenges.How to interpret text has become the focus of many teachers.In this paper,by means of literature research,case analysis,text analysis and other methods,I define the historical origin and concept of Text interpretation in the first place and point out the relevant definitions and characteristics of close reading at the same time.Also,I explain the influence factors of text reading in the process of reading teaching and point out some misunderstandings of the current Text interpretation.Secondly,this paper discusses teachers' role in the teaching of text intensive reading and the classroom teaching abilities that need to be stored.At the same time,I point out the importance of teachers and students in Text interpretation.Finally,combined with specific teaching cases,this paper puts forward the functions of recitation,analysis of key phrases and discussion in Text interpretation.I hope this study will play a positive role in the teaching of Chinese reading.
