With the development of society and the intensify of education teaching competition, primary and middle school teachers' job burnout has become one of the core subjects of job stress at home and abroad, because it not only seriously affect the physical and mental health of primary and secondary school teachers and their performance, but also affect the development of the education teaching and students' all-round development. Teachers' burnout refers to an extreme reaction to job stress when they cannot cope with it successfully , loss of emotions, of attitudes and of interests , emotional alienation and apathy when they are under long-term pressure. It is influenced by both objective stressors and teachers'personality traits such as perfectionism. Stressors are objective factors of burnout. Perfectionism may moderate and partly mediate relationship between stressors and teachers'burnout.Using primary and secondary school teachers'burnout scale, primary and secondary school teachers'scale and their perfectionism tendency questionnaire, we researched 556 elementary school teachers with questionnaire, to study the relationship among elementary school teachers'stressors, perfectionism and job burnout.Major findings of the study are as follows:1. The whole level of elementary school teachers'burnout is not high. Novice teachers were significantly lower than proficient and expert teachers at the dimensions of emotional exhaustion, intellectual burnout and reduced Personal Accomplishment. Primary school teachers with high school and technical secondary education are significantly higher than those with technological academy and Bachelor's degree at intellectual burnout; and teachers with technological academy are higher than those with Bachelor's degree. Teachers with middle professional title are higher than those without professional title at emotional exhaustion; Teachers without professional title are significantly lower than those with higher, middle and elementary professional title at the Reduced Personal Accomplishment.2. Primary school teachers tend to perfectionism heavily. Expert teachers are higher than proficient teachers at the dimensions of concern over mistakes and perfectionism; Expert teachers are significantly higher than proficient and novice teachers at higher criticism; Teachers with technical secondary education are higher than those with technological academy and bachelor's degree at the dimensions of concern over mistakes, doubts about actions and higher criticism; Primary school teachers with technical secondary education are higher than those with bachelor's degree at the dimension of personal standards; At the total score of perfectionism, primary school teachers with technical secondary education are higher than those with technological academy and bachelor's degree, and teachers with technological academy are higher than those with bachelor's degree.3. Primary school teachers have a relatively higher level of stressors. From the perspective of each dimension and the total of stressors, novice teachers are significantly lower than proficient and expert teachers; In the reform of education teaching of stressors, primary school teachers with technical secondary education are higher than those with bachelor's degree; In the occupational development of stressors, primary school teachers with technical secondary education and technical education are higher than those with bachelor's degree; In the family factors of stressors, primary school teachers with technical education are higher than those with bachelor's degree; In the social factors of stressors, teachers with bachelor's degree are significantly lower than those with technical secondary education and technical education. In the total stressors, teachers with technical secondary education and technical education are higher than those with bachelor's degree. There is no difference in professional title.4. There is significantly different correlation between elementary school teachers'stressors and burnout.5. There is significantly different correlation between elementary school teachers'perfectionism and burnout.6. Perfectionism played a moderating role in the effect of stressors on the burnout of primary school teachers in different career development stage. and there is difference among novice, proficient and expert teachers. But it played a mediating role in the effect of stressors on the burnout only in the expert teachers, but not in the novice and proficient teachers.The present research not only perfected the internal mechanism of teachers'burnout, and offered theoretical and practical basis for decreasing burnout, but also contributed to enriching the theory of teachers'perfectionism.
