As we all know, the literacy education has a long history. There has been literacy teaching at the beginning of its own characters in china and literacy teaching has accumulated a great deal of successful experiences in long history. The contemporary literacy teaching had great development, based on the traditional teaching and the reference of philology, culture, psychology, education and other disciplines. It showed prosperity and various literacy methods were introduced in the 1990s. After the presentation of new curriculum, our country pays more attention to literacy teaching in primary schools, not only the amount of each phase of the literacy requirements are made clear, but the process of literacy concepts as well as literacy and literacy method are also made careful guidance.But the prosperous ways and national attention do not cause a qualitative leap, literacy teaching is still facing numerous difficulties. Huge literacy quantity is still a huge stone on teachers and students in elementary school. Typo is still a problem and shocking. So I think that literacy teaching is still worth of research under the new curriculum.This article is divided into six parts. In the first part, this paper summarizes two important inefficient factors on the present elementary school literacy teaching by the analysis of the current situation of the literacy education. There are the absence of literacy philology theory and literacy psychology theory. In chapter two, this paper defines the teaching mode of the combining of management literacy and interest literacy word by the concept explanation of management literacy, interest literacy and teaching mode. The mode basing on philology and psychology in this paper is a new literacy teaching. It not only absorbs the teaching mode of management literacy and interest literacy, but also boldly breakthrough.This mode requires the teacher to base on the characteristics of Chinese characters themselves to stimulate children's interest and achieves to the best combination of the characteristics of Chinese characters and the children's heart.In chapter three and four, this paper by way of theory and practice demonstrates the rationality of the combining of management literacy and interest literacy word. The origin and development of this teaching mode are reviewed in chapter three. In addition, in chapter four, this paper demonstrates the possibility and necessity of the teaching from construction of Chinese characters and literacy teaching, three elements of Chinese characters and literacy teaching, training interest and literacy teaching, observation and literacy teaching, thinking of the development and literacy teaching, creativity and literacy teaching etc.According to the theory of the combining of management literacy and interest literacy, more than two years of study, a unique literacy program of the teaching mode of the combining of word management literacy and interest literacy is gradually formed. This procedure is described in detail in the fifth part, which is stimulating interest by experience, using word management to create situations, development thinking by analyzing the form, guiding writing to mold fun. In the process of practice, this teaching procedure initially reaches to the purpose of increasing interest with management and promoting management with interesting.Finally, a reflection and exploration of this paper are given in chapter six. The teaching mode of the combining of word management literacy and interest literacy is still in its infancy. Therefore, this teaching mode should be enriched in the process of practice.
