Along with the rapid economic development, realize the education infomationization becomes the general trend of development of education today. "Computer + projection" forms of teaching although has good visual, vivid and interesting, but there are insufficient that lack of interaction and difficult operation etc. As a new information technology, the interactive whiteboard provide the possibility for education infomationization. Interactive whiteboard not only provided a good environment in the interaction between teacher and student, but also stimulate the learning interest of the students and arouse the enthusiasm of participation in classroom, and compensate shortcomings for the traditional teaching mode and teaching method, accelerate the education infomationization.On the basis of literature, research and teaching practice, this paper discussed the application of the interactive whiteboard in the mathematics teaching elementary school. The detailed research and results are as follows:This paper introduces the research background, current research at home and abroad, research methods, purpose and meaning; compared the traditional teaching media and interactive whiteboard; Analysis their advantages and disadvantages respectively; provides the basis for the construction of information technology;Combined with the characteristics of mathematics course in the elementary school, with the aid of the interactive whiteboard, we designed the teaching cases and analysis the teaching process, and points out its advantage and disadvantage that the interactive whiteboard used in classroom teaching, Provide reference for other teachers.
