Teacher's well-being is a self-satisfied and a self-cheerful state of living based on the correct understanding of happiness by making his unremitting efforts to achieve his ambition and his own harmonious development. They are closely related to individual teacher and a teacher professional attitudes, behavior, emotional reflect, which is an important topic in the field of teachers' psychological research. This paper probes into the basic characteristics of the teachers' role identity, work pressure and well-being and their relationships, riches teachers' psychological research theory, and provides teachers psychological adjustment of empirical case.1.
