Teachers'role identity is a socialized process in teaching career, which the teacher studies the vocational character connected to the society and internalizes the diversification of self-recognizing role by reflection and identity for social expectations to adapt to this professional ideal role that teaching requires. Teachers' work pressure is that teacher can't adapt to the environment which causes the negative emotional state tension and leads to negative changes on psychological and physiological function. Teacher's well-being is a self-satisfied and a self-cheerful state of living based on the correct understanding of happiness by making his unremitting efforts to achieve his ambition and his own harmonious development. They are closely related to individual teacher and a teacher professional attitudes, behavior, emotional reflect, which is an important topic in the field of teachers' psychological research. This paper probes into the basic characteristics of the teachers' role identity, work pressure and well-being and their relationships, riches teachers' psychological research theory, and provides teachers psychological adjustment of empirical case.1.
