Research On Current Situation And Long-term Development Mechanism Of High School Football Training In Hainan Province

State sport general administration and the ministry of education "national youth campus football activity",which is based on school,elementary school,junior high school,high school and college level 4 league system,aimed at enhancing teenager's physical quality,and the enterprising spirit of sports,form the good campus football culture,also achieve the goal of mining and cultivate more talent.Positive response to the national planning of hainan province,popularization of football for the entire province all levels of school,strengthening the construction of campus football infrastructure,to carry out the campus football game,parents and students' identity of football,and make full use of market resources,construct the talent training mechanism of multi-channel,multi-form,produced good results.However,in the years of practice,the problems encountered by schools at all levels in hainan province have become increasingly prominent,among which how to establish a sound,scientific and reasonable training mechanism has become a hot topic concerned by relevant people.In this paper,using the method of literature reading,questionnaire investigation,interview method and other methods,in hainan province 24 high school campus football training situation launches the research,reference before scholars research,grasp the present stage of hainan province high school football coaches,as well as the training goal,content,method and the load of the actual situation,and analyzes the hardware resource of high school football,the following conclusions: first,the high school football coach teachers title evaluation of hainan province is higher,but hold a football coach certificate number of teachers;Secondly,students' expectations for football are low.More students participate in football training out of interest or to improve their physical quality.Third,the current training content is relatively simple,focusing on the training of basic physical ability.There are few training methods for sensitivity,patience and tenacity.Besides,the training time design is relatively traditional,lacking of mobility and initiative.Fourthly,the financial construction of high school football lacks channels,and the marketization and socialization mechanisms have not yet been formed.Some high schools are faced with the fact that funds are tight or even scarce.There is no doubt that the development of hainan high school football has a long way to go,and the current training mechanism is short of long-term effect.Both the policy support and the training content and methods of schools at all levels need to establish a more scientific and systematic long-term mechanism.This paper believes that it can be improved from thefollowing aspects: first,the establishment of a professional campus football management institutions;Second,perfect the effective school football system;Thirdly,the school football training system should be standardized.In short,this paper takes hainan high school as the sample object,through the research on the current high school football training situation,to grasp the development situation of hainan campus football more comprehensively and truly,and put forward a more targeted and practical long-term training mechanism,to escort the development of hainan high school football career.
