With the kindergarten education reform, kindergarten teachers' vocational ability becomes the key factor of improving kindergarten education quality. In traditional education ideas, vocational ability structures of kindergarten teachers can not meet the needs of the times developing. The new kindergarten education calls for kindergarten teachers' new vocational ability.Therefore, the research and discussion for kindergarten teachers' vocational ability has very important significance for kindergarten teachers' professional development and growth.The kindergarten teacher's vocational ability is a kind of skill or ability that formed among educational teaching reality and result in finishing the task perfectly. It is the most outstanding comprehensive qualities of kindergarten teacher, In some way, the most important part of kindergarten teacher education is to enhance the kindergarten teacher's vocational ability, thus realize kindergarten teacher's job specialization further.In the research, I selected some kindergarten teachers in Shenyang city as my research target. I surveyed and analysed the current situation of kindergarten teacher's vocational vocational ability of Shenyang city from three parts. Based on the survey, I analysed the questions and propose the solve countermeasures. The research mainly adopted literature research and questionnaire methods.The questionnaire survey is to survey the 200 kindergarten teachers of 12 kindergartens in Shenyang city.This reach is divided into four parts.The first part mainly taked the cause of Chinese early childhood education reform and development as the background of this research, analysed and summarized the research conditions of domestic and abroad on kindergarten teacher's professional development,kindergarten teacher's professional ability and teacher's vocational ability,and analysed the significance of this research from theoretical and practical. In thispart,the research is on surveying the kindergarten teacher's vocational ability of the kindergarten teachers byquestionnaires, and counting the survey data by SPSS. Meanwhile,in this part I defined the important concept of thisresearch involved.The second part is mainly elaborating the elements of kindergarten teacher's vocational ability. The analysis relied on the kindergarten teachers'teaching, association and self-development ability from the kindergarten teachers overall understanding of vocational ability perspective to elaborate the composition of kindergarten teacher's vocational ability.In the third part,the research analysed the survey data. The research surveyed and analysed the current situation of kindergarten teacher's vocational ability of Shenyang city.The fourth part is mainly based on the results of researches,reflection the current status ofthe kindergarten teachers' vocational ability of Shenyang city and propose the correspondence Proposals and countermeasures from government,kindergarten and teacher to improve kindergarten teacher's vocational ability.
