Teachers are the impetus of education development. The quality of teachers obviously are relates to the prosperity of education,and teacher training is undoubtedly an important tool to improve the quality of teachers.In recent years,the theory of teacher training is increasingly plentiful and the model of teacher training is also flourishing, many education researchers have a more profound understanding of teacher and pay more attention to the post-career training of teacher.From the theory to practice of the research on teacher training, from a focus on the teaching profession to the attention of teachers,teacher training is carrying out in an unprecedented form.The current international trends in teacher education is in the transition of "theory" to "practice ",more and more emphasis are putting on teacher's autonomy development in practice. However, nowadays our teacher training is seriously separated from theory to practice. Based on this, the study will analysis the problem on the combination of theory and practice.In the field of phenomenology,this research will start on the teacher training by using the "life-world" theory in phenomenology. The paper collected a large amount of data and information by the method of literature and interviews;After classifying the data and information,the problems of teacher training is analyzed through the method of theoretical analysis.Based on the theory of Phenomenological, the thesis states a new practice-oriented breakthrough in the training direction - toward the "Life-World",and discusses the teachers training under the life world of teachers as well as teacher training ideas under the guidance of in the "life -world" theory.Based on this, putting forward the specific training form of educational narration, education consultation and school-based training, trying best to rich the present teacher training theory. In this paper, the teacher training was elaborated on the view of phenomenological .First, it analyzed teacher's responsibility and role from the perspective of the life world and explained what is teachers' life world; Then, through interview method and survey method find the disadvantages of our primary and middle school teacher training; Finally, proposed the implementation strategies of teacher training towards life-world in detail, which purpose is to make teachers training much rooted in classroom teaching, much closer to the teachers' life world, and much suitable for education practice.
