Now in the education field,"education regress to the life-world"was a regularly mentioned proposition. It seemed to be a dominant opinion and attract much attention under the curriculum reform.'Education regress / approach/ draw near /pay attention to the life-world'came forth rapidly and looked so flourishing. This paper tried to ponder the educational proposition of"education regress to the life-world"on the side of educational academic thinking. The framework was built up by the following quentions:1."education regress to the life-world"was not occur abruptly. What was the social and educational backdrop when this opinion had been brought forward ? The students were difficult to adapt themselves to the current or future life because of examination-dominant education disregarding human-beings'master station and ignoring the contact of education and life. Education followed the science and knowledge like sheep, students were the lowclass colony. And then the concept of"life-world"which was thought to cure theeducational infirmity was absorbed in education field. So opinion of"education regress to the life-world"was boomed. It became to be one of the dominant viewpoint in education.2.Which life world was the education regressing to ?"life-world"had different comprehensions. As a whole, it had the following four explaination in educational field: The first comprehension was considering"life-world"as the idealistic and lingual life. In the postmodernist and existentialist's view, life-world was a unpractical world at all, it's a pure inexistence.The second comprehension was considering"life-world"as the daily life which opposites to social system and form. Now some educational staff adopt this meaning.The third comprehension was considering"life-world"as the human-being's whole life namely the realistic life. And the realistic life was a bulky realm which includes the human-being's all activity, such as physical and psychic action, daily and institutional life, personal and public life, ect. This was the Marxist's primary attitude.The fourth comprehension was considering"life-world"as a educational tendency. This point of view claimed that liberating education masters from bondage and paying attention to students'daily life.3.Could education regress to the life-world?Firstly,education coudn't regress to the life-world of the postmodernist and existentialist's view. Because in their standpoint, life-world was a unpractical world. Education was a practical and idiographic activity, it couldn't be equal to inexistence such as the idealistic and lingual life. Secondly, education couldn't regress to the life-world of daily life. Though education roots in daily life, but daily life itself was not education which surmounted the front. Today education was far from the desultory and daily life, it functioned according to immobile rule .It had the uniform regulation of recruiting students and establishment. Education was an organic and scheming action, it should care and work for students'daily life. It could't regress to daily life.Thirdly, education couldn't regress to the life-world of Marxism. In Marxian's view, life was the human-being's all activity for existence and development. As an organic and scheming action, education was a member of life, it was inside the life. So it is useless for education to regress to life.Now education regress to life-world was one of the dominant opinion in edbiz. It had been bring on good impact in practice, but it also had much limitation. This opinion had optional comprehension:"learning by playing"and"learning by doing"were regarded as an affirmation, the essentiality of classroom-teaching was desalted. The authority of teacher was weaken, all administer and bandage were regarded as crime……regressing to life couldn't make for fine education. So it was essential to gave an rational elusion the life-world and to avoid abuse and misapplication.4.Since education couldn't regress to life, what was the connection of life and education? Education was an especial life which surpasses daily life. It was the essence of life and should be apart from hypocrisy. It was an example of eximious life which had the faction of helping the students to adapt to life, to choose good life, to differentiate different life and enjoy their lives.
