The aging population is the result from the development of population in an area or a country. According to the standard of aging population in UN, our country began to enter the aginig society in the late 20th century. In 2009, the aging population level was already 8.3%.higher than world level. With its development, aging population in Chinese countryside more than that in city is being paid more attention now. Comparring some developped countries with the differences of aging population between countryside and city, analyses the difference and regularity in China, which will be very helpful for us to deeply realise the regularities and features of Chinese aging population, and theoretical and practical significance to meet the challenge actively and make strategies of aging population in our country. My thesis will be divided into five parts. The first part is about the background and meanning of choosing topic and some definitions as well as my analysis method. The phenomenon of aging population inversion between city and countryside results from mutual influence in the development of economy society and population and comes up during the development as well as influencesin the economic development.so we should find some strategies to ease the conflicts between population and econinic development. In the second part, I want to explain the background and features of aging population inversion. The aging population problem has some similarities and also has some difference between China and other countries. In this part, I will analyse the situation and tendency of aging population in China, try to compare the process and tendecy of aging population between city and countryside, and the features of this inversion. In general, with the increasing of rural labourer transfering to the city, aging population distributes unevenly, especially this phenomenon will last longer period. Not only the number but the ratio of old age in countyrside is higher than in city. The third part will analyse the reason and influence of aging population inversion. Researches on the reasons of aging popultion inversion, influences on social economy and ole-age security. The diffences of aging population between city and countryside results from not only the aging population in the countryside but the population movement, however population movement is the basic. And this problem causes the increasing of rural financial expenditure and the burden of edowment thereby, deeply influences in the development of countryside. The fourth part mainly discusses the endowment problem which is under the aging population inversion. Our's edowment system needs to be completed; the pressure of country's edowment increases; the problems of looking after old people left is more prominent, and the service develops slowly. The involvement in the endowment is not enough, so how to complete the endowment system, make up for the imbalance between city and countryside and have the old age in the countryside enjoy their life like that in city. All of these is the necessary requirement of edowment system. The last part will give some suggesions and raise the strategy. According to the research, the writer thinks that we need to build more protected levels of edowment and perfect this system and promote the development of country service.
