Thoughts On Reinforcing And Completing China's Sports Ethic Construction Under The New Circumstance

With the further reform of sports professionism and marketism,it is the often case that something against sports ethic occurs,such as whistling improperly, taking stimulant drugs,which holds back the steady development of China's sports and damages China's image in sporting world.Meanwhile,the globalization has a deep influnce on politics,ecomomics and culture,which aggravates the cultural conflicts among different nations. In terms of the sports field,globalization brings a great challenge to China's sports morality. By discussing some typical cases like taking stimulant drugs and analyzing the harm it brings to China's sports morality,its cause and the chanllenges brought by globalization, the author puts forward means of reinforcing and completing China's sports ethic construction. Based on the present situation China's sports ethic meets,the author suggests regarding Maxisim and Three Representatives as guiding lines of reinforcing and completing China's sports ethic construction under the new circumstance. The body includes five parts.Part one is introduction ,which introduces the background and meaning of choosing this topic,an overview of the present study in and out of home and the content and method of sdudying.Part two includes identification of related concepts by borrowing ideas from concepts made by others.Part three tells the challenge China's sports ethic construction faces.Firstly,it is the challenge that globalization brings.Secongly,it is the challenge brought by sports professionism and marketism,which is analyzed based on improper whistle. Finally,it is the challenge born with the develpoement of sports science. Through analyzing these challenges, a thorough understandidng about the current sports ethic is got. It contributes to guiding how to reinforce and complete China's sports ethic construction, making it clear that it is extremely necessary and urgent to construct sports ethic. and showing the deep meaning of making it. Part four aims at the guiding lines of reinforcing and completing China's sports ethic construction. Based on the present situation China's sports ethic meets,the author suggests regarding Maxisim and Three Representatives as guiding lines of reinforcing and completing China's sports ethic construction in new circumstance.Part five deals with means of reinforcing and completing China's sports ethic construction, which includes three aspects: Firstly, combine the construction of sports ethic,law and system; Secondly, put sress on eucation on sports ethic; Thirdly,promote more exchanges between China and western countries and draw lessons from their experience by applying the Part and Whole theory created by Marx.
