Stepping into the21st century, the Young volunteer organization was expending by leaps and bounds. After the Beijing Olympics in2008, this group was given close attention by the whole society. Accompany with the society and economy development in China, youth volunteers contributed to heavy social and economic value in all fields. Although volunteer organization management has become increasingly perfect, there still is insufficient come especially in selection, training, incentive management. Beside these, people lack the basic cognition with our volunteers. Individual Work ethic and Subject well-being level affect the volunteers’performance and permanence of the behavior in a great extent.This study made survey with college student volunteers. Based on the survey analysis, we built a questionnaire in accordance with college student volunteers’unique work ethic structure. After revising work, we made testing by this questionnaire to nearly500college students volunteer from three universities in both Shanxi and Shanghai. And then it extend the data to exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis and internal consistency test. Meanwhile, this study focus on the relations in between work ethic, subject well-being and demographic variables launched. Results show that:●The work ethic questionnaire which was built and revised according to enterprise employees work ethic structure can basically be use the same with college student volunteers group. And it also can met the measurement requirements.●Chinese college students volunteers’work ethic including five dimensions:Integrity, Sense of value, Diligence, Enterprise, Interpersonal harmony;●Work ethic dimensions and college students volunteer were significantly correlated with the subjective well-being; ●The demographic variables influenced different dimensions of work ethics, and resulted in significant difference.●The demographic variables and work ethic performance of college students volunteer influenced their subject well-being level commonly.
