In China, with further development of education reform, our education concept has been greatly changed, new requirements of the training mode is also proposed. "CPC Central Committee and State Council's decision on Deepening Education Reform and Promoting Quality Education"present "Intellectual work will actively pursue Heuristic and discuss teaching to stimulate the students'sense of independent thinking and innovation, and effectively improve the quality of teaching. Enable students to experience and understand the knowledge generation and development process, to train students'the scientific spirit and the habits of creative thinking. Pay attention to train students the ability to process information collected, to obtain new knowledge, to analyze and solve problem, to express language and the ability of cooperation and social activities."But the education of our country is not satisfactory, as the divorce between classroom teaching and practical application, the single way of teaching, the transmission of knowledge is mechanical reproduction, the students are just "learning the answer" rather than"learning the knowledge", the students lack of innovation. Therefore, to change this situation, the new teaching model is needed to explore; And Problem-Based Learning (PBL) is one of the effective and innovative approaches. To this end, the paper selects two levels of theory and practice, Problem-based classroom applications and the issues of application process should pay attention have been explored and researched.This paper firstly illustrates the meaning and general process of the Problem-Based Learning. According to analysis, originating from the US medical college teaching method reform , PBL(Problem-Based Learning) belongs to a kind of new teaching modal , which places learning in complex, undesirable, authentic problem situations, and allows students to analysis problem ,learn scientific knowledge underlying the problem, thus develops problem-solving skills that can help them get answers of problem in real world step by step as well as develops their independent learning abilities. According to the requirement of our national mathematics course reforms . This modal can surely play a role in math classroom teaching process if it is applied properly .Then, the characteristics of its theoretical foundation PBL - situated cognition and situated learning theory, humanistic, constructivist learning theory in the relevant theoretical perspectives have been discussed in this paper. Finally, it introduces the studies and the conclusions by case studies.The basic process of PBL instructional design, including: how to create a learning atmosphere, to creat problem situations,exploration of the problem , the formation and evaluation of results and the role of students in the process and the effect of teachers.It's no difficult that PBL approach is conducive to encourage students to become active learners in class ,which will help students gather information-handling capacity, the ability to obtain new knowledge, analysis and solve problem skills,the language expresses solidarity and cooperation and social activities. The PBL will be more to our society for personnel requirements——not only to have knowledge and use knowledge to have the ability to solve the problem, we in the new curriculum reform in all relevant PBL learning.According to the requirements of mathematics curriculum reform, if this way is used properly, which will play a great role of mathematics teaching .In this research, I also tried to found a new type environment of corse-learning to effectively support the PBL in the teaching of mathematics practice in the course.
