With the improvement of university logistics reform, social tertiary industry flocks gradually to community college, and the integration of internal and external resources, logistics, expand outside their own markets. These require logistics'human resources management and development toward to the interest on learn, efficient and professional direction. To a large extent, the development of university logistics affects the quality of university development and the level of education. The direction of university logistics towards to the socialization, requires the introduction of the organization for university logistics'modern human resources management. And this will make rapid increases on the human resources development management in college. It meets the requirements of the future development of logistics sector, which is also related to the development and future of universities. Therefore, the System of Logistic Human Resource Management theory has important practical significance.The text makes research on university logistics human resource management theory, by analyzing the logistics of the HR management of domestic and foreign universities present situation of the domestic HR Rear problems in the management, analysis of HR management of foreign Rear advantages for domestic HR Management University Logistics improvement of the direction and basis.
