The level of implementation of teachers is an important factor of curriculum implementation. Since September 2001 that the Kindergarten Education Guideline Outline experimented, the level of preschool teachers'curriculum implementation has been gained unprecedented concern. Language as a communication tool of thought and study which has played an important role in our living. The period of childhood is the critical period of children's language development. It is an important task that to train and develop the language ability of children. And the kindergarten language education is the most important and system way.This study takes A kindergarten as an example. It adopts literature, interview, observation, material analysis. Author dept into the language activities for understanding the processing of curriculum goals, course content, language activities and curriculum evaluation.From the study, we can see that there are some problems of the implementation of language of teachers. First of all, curriculum goal is single. It is not comprehensive that teacher understand the curriculum goal. Teachers take children's listening ability as important, but ignore the reading. Teachers take children's language skills as important, but ignore the children's emotions. Secondly, it is not comprehensive of the form of the curriculum content. As we known, the form of the curriculum content of language include talking, listening game, literature and early to read. But in A kindergarten that only include reading, talking, stories and nursery rhymes. Thirdly, the orientation of the curriculum is not comprehensive. Teachers always adopt faithful orientation. The last, the participation of the curriculum evaluation is not comprehensive which most include teachers. The influence of the preschool teachers'language curriculum implementation has three aspects. First, the character of the curriculum, it includes the need, the degree of clear, complexity and practical. Secondly, the kindergarten. It includes the teacher, the leader of the kindergarten and the culture of kindergarten. So, the study provides some feasible proposals to improve preschool teachers'language curriculum implementation. First, it has to strengthen the knowledge of language education and the training of teachers. Second, the principals should strengthen the guide of curriculum and promote the influence of the leader with no power. Third, it has to strengthen the cooperation of family and kindergarten and change the parents'education ideas. The last, establish the support platform of education administration.
