On Impacts Of SMS On College Students' Moral Quality And Counter Measures

SMS as an important tool for the exchange and communication for college students as the popularity of mobile phones among college students. SMS has become a new fashion changing lifestyles and communication among college students, which have a huge impact on college students'moral quality. But what kind of impact have generated and how to use SMS to carry out moral education for college students, which is an important subject should be studied by moral workers in an new era and of great significance on the training of qualified builders and successors of the socialist cause. It consists of three chapters.Chapter One analyzes the meaning of SMS and its types and research significance. SMS has an important influence on students'learning and life as the popularity of mobile phones among college students. Based on previous studies, this part attempts to draw on the meaning of SMS and summarize its development overview. Further it summarizes and discusses the types of SMS. Finally it clarifies the theoretical and political value of the research on the impact of SMS on the moral quality of college students.Chapter Two discusses the impacts on college students'moral quality from SMS. SMS is a "double-edged sword". On the one hand, SMS has positive impacts on college students'moral quality, it improves the moral cognitive ability of college students, riches their moral emotion and guides the ethical behavior of college students. On the other hand, SMS also produces negative effects on college students'moral quality. It weakens the college students' moral cognitive level, causes some students' moral feeling to be cold, and lets to moral misconduct of some university students. Analysis of the effects and reasons is for the further purpose to eliminate the negative effects on college students' moral quality from SMS and provide the basis for countermeasures.Chapter Three provides the countermeasures to eliminate the negative impacts on college students from SMS. There are many reasons about the negative impacts on college students from SMS. Analysis of these reasons is both the difficult problem and the end result of the full text. This part attempts to provide countermeasures for eliminating the negative impacts on college students from SMS based on the research of the second chapter, which analyzes the status of the impacts on college students' moral quality from SMS.
