Moral Quality Of Post 95s College Students And The Education Countermeasures

More and more post 95 s entered colleges since 2013,which made them become the main target group of teaching. Growing up with swift economic development, fast informatization and democratization of high education, the post 95 s students’ thoughts and values are marked with the color of times that they live undoubtedly. Recognize the target group of educating rightly and Accurately grasp the character of moral quality of post 95 s,which is not only the vital and urgent mission of increasing and ameliorating the education of college students’ moral quality, but also the need of improving the Effectiveness of the education.According to the questionnaire and personal interviews on political competence, thoughts,moral qualities and value orientation of college students, this result shows that several traits contributing to formatting their moral quality. First, they hold explicit political point but lose political faith; concern about politics but oversee the practice, follow the mainstream values but keep selfish. Second, open-minded and good at learning new knowledge but lack of discernment, thinking actively, seeking of independence but trying against all external constraints; lofty goal, confident but self-centeredness in thoughts. Third, they hold strong moral consciousness but lack for the courage to practice, tolerance but faint in moral code; holding the consciousness of rivalry but neglecting the legitimacy of methods. Fourth,holding positive value but pursuing materials, rational on consumption but with a more pragmatic attitude towards life hedonism; Despite these problems, but from the analysis point of view, "post 95s" students’ mainstream ideological and moral quality is positive.On the basis of the questionnaire and personal interviews investigation on post 95 s college students, this paper analyses multi- elements contributing to this phenomenon, for instance, lacking of family education, school environment, which provides some capable solutions to student education. It is vial important to pilot the students to strength the sense of the collective, traditional value and The core values of Chinese socialism,make full use of new media, college party organizations and universities ideological and political education to constructing and sharing new front of Ideological and political education, cultivate new talents on ideological and political education, and strengthen the ideological and political educating team in Colleges and universities.
