Study On Ideological And Political Education In Universities Of Southern Xinjiang

Ethnic minority university students are the main forces to promote development of southern Xinjiang areas. Their ideological and ethical standards directly influence the development and stability of southern Xinjiang. Paying great attention to ideological and political education is an important means for advancing ethnic minority university students' overall development and training builders and successors of socialism career.On the basis of first-hand investigations and reference, this paper focus on the ideological and political education conditions of ethnic minority university students in southern Xinjiang areas.Firstly, this paper illuminates the connotation of ideological and political education in southern Xinjiang areas, and points out its basic character and development trend. Then analyzes its current situation and sums up the achievement and experience of ideological and political education in southern Xinjiang areas.Afterwards, the paper points out the existing problems, such as the shortage of development power, the low quality of teacher troop, the conventional and single mode of education and so on. Based on the overall situation and local condition, the paper analyse the causes.The keystone of this paper is analysing existing problems and its causes as well as proposing remedial measures.In the end, this paper brings forward basic approach to carry out ideological and political education work, and proposes its key contents and remedial measures for improving the validity of ideological and political education.
