Nowadays,the growing environment of college students is more and more complex,and the ideological education of colleges and universities has received unprecedented attention and is facing severe challenges.In fact,ideological education is emotional communication,but some schools in the process of ideological education for ethnic minority college students,emotional communication has been ignored.If this situation is not reversed in time,the educator will mechanically follow the model of "hard indoctrination" and ignore the students 'feelings.They only need to listen mechanically and do what they are asked.In this case,The value and efficiency of ideological education will be weakened,and it is difficult to achieve the expected educational results.Therefore,it has become a crucial link to reflect on the education work of students in minority universities,find problems in a timely manner,and emphasize the importance of emotional communication.In the course of writing this paper,the author first expounds the theory related to emotional communication and ideological education,defines the concepts involved in the research process,and takes this as a premise.This paper analyzes and probes into the influencing factors,types,functions and values of emotional communication in college students 'political education.In order to accurately grasp the current situation,questionnaires were distributed to some respondents,which were collected and summarized in due course after completing the questionnaire,so as to grasp the various emotional communication barriers encountered in the current process of ideological education for ethnic minority college students.The corresponding optimization strategies are put forward around specific problems.Here,the framework of this article is refined and introduced:In the first part,the author defines the various concepts mentioned in this article,explains the connotation,meaning,value,characteristics and function of emotional communication in the course of college students 'political education in a concise language,and divides them into types.Through the introduction of this part,the question of what is the emotional communication of ideological education is solved.It can be said that this part is the starting point of this research and can also provide strong theoretical support for subsequent research.Therefore,the author combs and summarizes the current research results in this field and clarifies the basic concepts.In order to further understand the importance of emotional communication for ideological education,the author also introduces its connotation,type,etc.,from two aspects of theory andpractice,and expounds the value and significance of emotional communication in college students 'ideological education.In the second part,the author focuses on the analysis of emotional communication in the course of students 'thought and political education in southern Xinjiang universities,and analyzes the problems and obstacles in this work.Based on how to conduct emotional communication in the ideological and political education of ethnic minority students at Kashgar University,Hetian College and Tarim University,a reasonable and perfect questionnaire was designed,and questions were extracted from the questionnaires filled out by the interviewees,and these questions were combed out and analyzed.It is clear how to improve college students' ideological awareness through emotional communication and how to carry out emotional communication in the course of ideological and political education.The third part,on the basis of expounding the problems and tracing the root causes,makes clear how to really integrate emotional communication into the ideological education of Southern Xinjiang universities,and puts forward reasonable suggestions to improve the effectiveness of emotional communication.In short,in the course of ideological education for ethnic minority college students,we must put emotional communication in the most prominent position,so as to effectively improve the persuasion and influence of ideological education and be easily accepted by students.So that ethnic minority college students can actively use a variety of ways to improve their ideological awareness,with a positive attitude into learning and life.
