Study On The Dynamic Mechanism Of Making Knowldege-incentive In Chongqing

In the age of knowledge economy, the development of economic and social are inseparable from the support of knowledge. In China, Poor knowledge is the father of issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers. China is a large agricultural county; there is no complete modernization in China without making knowledge-incentive in rural areas. Making knowledge-incentive is the key to issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers, and it is also important to the building of material, ethical, material and ecological civilization in rural areas. Therefore, to bring about making knowledge-incentive in rural areas is not only helpful to promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, but also to be the actual needs of to realize the Well-to-do Society.Firstly, on the base of studying the relative theories and achievements, this paper defines Making Knowledge-incentive and its dynamic mechanism. Begin with power generation, power transmission and the expression of power, it systematic analysis the dynamic mechanism of making knowledge-incentive through the mechanism of action between elements, and build out a brief framework of the dynamic mechanism. Based on former research relating to system, a knowledge ability target about the dynamic mechanism of making knowledge-incentive was built, and some important indicators of which were described. Dynamic knowledge-building through the mechanism of the rural system draw some conclusions, namely:Power generation, power transmission and the expression of power are not standing alone, they are a kind of system force which mutual influence and mutual restriction. Their parts form a continuous organic development system in order to promoting knowledge development. Among them, the power generating element is the driving force behind the dynamic mechanism of making knowledge-incentive, power transmission elements is a tie which connecting with power generating and the expression of power, the expression of power element is the expression of the manifestation, and generate dynamic role.Secondly, based on systematical analysis of the dynamic mechanism, this paper conducts an empirical study of making knowledge-incentive about Chongqing. Analyzing the current dynamic mechanism, we know that the existing problems and causes of making knowledge-incentive in Chongqing are as follows:the thrust of power generating element is limited, rural economic development lags too behind to provide solid economic foundation and material power for stable investment in agriculture and education. Poor communication of power transmission elements led to rare investment in agriculture and education. The expression of power element is so weak, whether farmers'culture quality, agriculture modernization, or the overall cultures in rural areas have yet to be further improved.Finally, based on genetic analysis, this paper put forward to improving the targets of dynamic mechanism that achieve to provide continuous power, smooth transmission and fully rational expression. Through a series of measures, such as:Through the Government's leading role in investing in agricultural education, improving the overall quality of farmers, developing high-tech agriculture, the establishment of rural markets developed, outstanding cultural heritage in rural areas, measures such as building rural knowledge park. Only making full role in promoting the dynamic mechanism, promote the healthy development of making knowledge-incentive in Chongqing.
