With the advance and development of human being and society, people put more importance on health than before. The government point out, published in the document about education reformation what is most important in education is health. Health education has come a long way since its early beginnings. As the profession has grown and changed, the health education is also getting more and more important. Therefore, it's indispensable to adjust the overall targets and specific tasks of physical education based on deeper understanding of both what health is and the philosophy, methodology of education and, to break and go beyond the barriers of the traditional views on health, thus to establish a system of new viewpoints of and techniques for health education---the triple born form the combination of three subsidiaries:physical health education, psychological health education, social adaptation ability which is the realization of the guidance "Health First". At present, in our country, a reform campaign of basic education is undergoing, which provides a precious chance for the development of school health education.his thesis using the methods of documentation, investigation, questionnaire, statistics and comparison, this survey have Beijing sports university, Beijing Normal university, Capital institute of physical education and Minzu university of china, the 4 colleges of physical education undergraduate, this paper made a comprehensive investigation on the present situation of health education and its organization for 341 students from the major of physical education major in university in Beijing. To summarize the problems existed in the teaching of physical education.Form the survey; we know that the health education is still in the early stage of development. School leaders and teachers, as well as students have insufficient understanding of importance of the health education. At present there are any problems constrained the school health education of physical education major in universities in Beijing, such as low-teaching level, insufficient class time, unvaried teaching means, lack of textbooks and tools, and the imperfect evaluation.The solve these problems the thesis make the following recommendations:updating concepts of education; that strengthens the healthy teacher teacher's strength the raise and training, the qualified health education teacher to the society trainer now; the health education curriculum goal to clear; Takes the health education curriculum teaching material's development, relates student own demand closely; Establishment perfect health education course evaluation system, promotion health education curriculum development. The author tries to advance the way of practicing of the integrated physical and health education, which is expected to be innovative and feasible in the practice.
