As an important part in the system of Chinese textbook, exercise system plays an important role. Based on former research, this paper uses "cognitive process dimension" in Anderson's book A Taxonomy for Learning, Teaching, and Assessing as analytical tool and " discussion and practice " sections in two essay units as analytical object to research in a different view.In the course of the study, referring to the High-school Language Curriculum Standard (experimental) and other relevant requirements and standards to reflect the findings, we find that this version of the textbook "discussions with the practice " a more reasonable arrangement of the order, in line with the students of cognitive psychology. But it has the uneven distribution of cognitive processes. It has more focus on training students'capacity of "analyze", "understanding", and less focus on training students in the "Memory" and "use" ability, which leads to "process and method " and language skills training reflects the obvious. Therefore, the article suggests Drills and exercises should be increased in the "memory", "use" and other cognitive activities. It should make a balance of cognitive processes and strengthen the "process and method " and other aspects of training. |
