Full-time compulsory education Chinese curriculum standard pointed out that Chinese education cultivate students to meet the actual needs of the literacy ability to write, reading ability, the ability to write, oral communication ability. These items are not entirely separate, literacy ability to write is primary school children's language development base of various abilities. Entrance at the beginning of, children have mastered about 3,500 oral vocabulary, they have certain oral communication ability. Then began to learn to read and write, on the basis of oral ability has written speech ability development, and through the written word ability enhancement, promote and perfect the development of oral communication ability. And literacy is the bridge by which oral speech is transited into written words. Primary language teaching make children grasp a sufficient number of characters, and to understand and apply the language of our motherland in reading, both is indivisible, but in reality many teachers are separate from the conversational teaching, the teacher always demand a grader mechanically copy, ignore the psychological characteristics of children and Chinese characteristics, contusing badly children's study enthusiasm.I engaged in elementary school for five years, I deeply felt, literacy and reading teaching, combining the Chinese language teaching in primary schools influence. especially the impact on the child's life. And the related research at home and abroad to read combination is still very rare. This research attempts to summarize the traditional Chinese teaching in YunYu literacy and genera of teaching experience, such as combination of conversational with modern education psychology theory as the guide, combining with the author's teaching practice, this paper discusses the literacy education in Chinese language teaching in primary school and reading teaching union strategy. The article contains three parts:The first chapter, the elementary school in Chinese language teaching in a conversational teaching situation analysis, and discusses the research significance and value.In the second chapter, summarizes the traditional Chinese teaching in the teaching experience, conversational combining modern education psychology theory discussed for elementary Chinese teaching guidance, emphatically analyzed both to us today in primary language teaching practice instruction meaning.The third chapter, combining traditional and modern reference value, according to its own teaching practice, this article mainly discusses in Chinese language teaching in primary school teaching strategy, starts to today's classroom teaching are proposed.This study tries to combine literacy and reading teaching, aiming at cause of primary school Chinese education workers to conversational teaching attention. Literacy in preparing for reading, reading consolidate chars achievement, deepen the understanding of meanings, reading good books and improve the students' reading habits, lay foundation for the development of the child's life.
