Inappropriate Words And Deeds Of Primary School Teachers And Its Influence On Students

Either directly or indirectly, inappropriate words and actions of teachers have impact on the students. This leads the students mental and psychological damage of varying degrees.The Primary education is a basic education, and has a profound impact on students. The case of improper words and deeds of primary school teachers exists in reality. It has a negative impact on mental health and learning of students. However, most educators and parents do not realize the seriousness of the problem.This paper's research object is the primary teacher's inappropriate words and actions. The research method is participant observation and document analysis. This article analyzes the causes of primary school teachers' inappropriate words and actions, consequences and strategies to reduce its occurrence.In this paper, firstly I analyzes the present conditions of the teachers' inappropriate words and actions.Secondly, I analyzes its type and consequences. With a view of education, I analyzed the reasons. Finally, I put forward some countermeasures. I hope that through the joint efforts of teachers and schools, we can create a healthy, happy environment for the children.
