With the popularization of higher education and college enrollment increasing, the proportion of female students increased year by year. The increasingly serious employment situation makes the issue of female university students "difficulties in employment" has become more and more prominent. It is Significant to solve the problem of female university students' difficulties in employment. On the one hand, it will not only help them play the social role of human resources and improve the efficiency of female human resources but also alleviate the current pressure of employment; on the other hand it will conducive to female students understand themselves to adjust their own employment views.The key to solve this problem is to change their employment view. This study mainly through interviews to collect the specific information about how family factors effect on female students' employment view. This paper mainly describe how the family economic status, family structure, parenting pattern, parents with different educational backgrounds effect on female graduates' employment cognition, employment intentions and the employment psychology.Study shown that family factors effect on female students' view as following: family economic conditions affect the female students' employment intentions; family structure affects the female students' confidence and employment psychology; parenting patterns affect the female students'employability and employment psychology; parents with different educational backgrounds affect the female students' character and employment psychology.Family factors are so important on forming female university students' employment view that this paper suggests promoting career guidance and employment counseling work with family factors, play family factors positive impact role on female students to establish a reasonable employment view.
