College student is the important component of human resources,has notable effect to the increase of our country'economy, emP1oyment is the vital bearing on the people's livelihood, and the college student obtains employment is our country's strategy problem .In recent years, some employing unit have the partiality with the sexism .Unequal phenomenon of university graduate employment becoming to the common existence, market for labor sexism in not having job openings ,providing female graduate of university with equal quality with male graduate of university becomes the problem being worth paying close attention to .For knowing the employment status of our country's female graduate of university of 2009,the study choose some colleges and universities in Harbin area, taking graduates as respondents, I analyze the current situation for female college students. and taking the "employment of female graduates" issue as an entry point, I Positive analyze the situation of male and female college students'job conception, employment preparation and employment outcomes. The results from the survey found that The employment of the concept of female university students have some bias and preparation for employment are also insufficient ,which to some extent, affected the employment of female university students. However, female college students preparing for employment are not less than the male students, academic performance generally is better than the male students, but the result was not as good as the employment male college students. In my opinion, In addition to the reasons for the gender affected the employment of female graduates, there is a reason should not be ignored is that China's education system problems. China's educational too much emphasis on testā€oriented education, to improving the overall quality of university students, social adaptation ability is relatively weak, Meanwhile, the schools lagged employment guidance of university students and professional setting can not adapt to market demand. Therefore, the country's education system need to reform as soon as possible. In order to train people to adapt to market need .To the reasons of difficulties for employment of female graduates, Writer proposed measures to promote employment of female university students mainly from the personal, educational, social, government etc four aspects, In order to not only provide a reliable reference for countries in developing employment policies, employment guidance,employers colleges and universities but also provide advice for society, schools, families to help employment of female graduates...
