College student is the important component of human resources, has notable effect to the increase of our country's economy, obtaining employment is the vital bearing on the people's livelihood, and the college student obtains employment is our country's strategy problem. In recent years, some employing units have the deviation concept ,sex has appeared in the process of employment, some employing unit have the partiality with the sexism. Unequal phenomenon of university graduate employment becoming to the common existence, market for labor sexism in not having job openings, providing female graduate of university with equal quantity with male graduate of university becomes the problem being worth paying close attention to.For knowing the employment status of our country's female graduate of university of 2006, the study choose some colleges and universities in Nanjing area, containing the study type universities,teaching studies type universities and teaching type colleges;and including humanities,science department,engineering course three major kinds,take graduate as respondents, reached the different aspect between the male and female graduates of university, such as being unlike type school and being unlike discipline, and analyze the different type universities on the employment status. Then analyze the cause bringing about whose employment status diversity, and give a few corresponding countermeasure thinking.
