The employment problem is one of the hot social issues, university students as an important group of employment, has received the social widespread attention. After school training professional knowledge education, comprehensive quality, college students have the ability to engage in some kind of occupation, the inevitable need to move toward a society, to obtain payment for labor, from a higher level, the employment of college students is individual life and self value realization, has the vital significance into the elite stratum of society. At the social level, the employment of college students has also supplemented the labor market, the promotion of social mobility. Employment is a process, employment outlook is the premise of employment, has profound influence on College Students’ employment and employment behavior. With the development of society, the employment of college students by the market, is no longer a unified distribution, employment is a multiple choice, and on their own way to achieve employment. In this situation, the view of employment covered career goals, career motivation, career cognition, career value orientation and so determines the choice of college students employment. While the university students employment concept formation, depends not only on the study of professional knowledge, ability and quality, background and other personal capital factors, and can not be influenced by the employment policy, fully the needs of the labour market and the external environment, family background environment for the growth of university students employment concept formation has important significance to its, this is also the starting point of this paper.In this paper, the author linked to study family cultural capital and employment concept, to Bourdieu’s cultural capital theory as a guide, a deep understanding of the cultural capital of family such as theoretical foundation, the definition of the family cultural capital and employment concept, then use empirical research methods on the current status of the University students employment concept the survey, and described in detail in the paper, then analyzed the current situation and the interaction of college students view of employment of family cultural capital. In the paper, the author will students views operation for college students employment attitude and motivation, career cognition, career values of the three variables, the family cultural capital is divided into specific cultural capital, cultural capital, objectified cultural capital exists in three forms, in this foundation, selects the Henan colleges and universities questionnaire survey, obtain vivid first-hand information, and through the statistical results of the dataIn the research, the cultural capital of family, the influence of the formation of the concept of employment on college students, and has also exist differences of different family cultural capital in the view of employment. With the promotion of the role of family cultural capital not only on social and cultural heritage and development, but will have a role in promoting the comprehensive development of individual students. At the same time, the existence and inheritance of different content, different levels of family cultural capital, but also has an effect on the university students employment concept. Among them, three kinds of forms include specific cultural capital, cultural capital, objectified cultural capital in the university students employment concept formation plays different functions, at the same time, because of the characteristics of the students themselves, influenced by social environment, school environment and other factors, the current college students employment diversification ideal and value orientation, also cause the traditional family cultural capital and students views conflict exists between, analysis, draws the research conclusion.Because the family cultural capital employment values affect on College Students’ differences, different levels of cultural capital stock and the views of employment also has the positive function and negative function, so to be able to enrich the existing family cultural capital of family cultural capital stock, less disadvantaged groups of family, University and society should create a favorable environment of employment, strengthen employment education and occupation ability training, in the employment to guide it to make reasonable choices, at the same time, college students should expand their cultural capital, the formation of rational, scientific employment concept, achieve successful employment.
