Pupils character lively, curiosity strong, strong plasticity, are in ability and quality form employment. In this phase raises elementary student's independent ability has the special significance.The primary school education in China at present there are some problems in, main performance for pupils in long-term, accept of learning process formed passive learning attitude, lack of learning initiative and enthusiasm. Science education development to construct a three-dimensional structure, the development that autonomy, initiative and creativity. Among them the autonomy is three-dimensional, is where the foundations of the initiative and creativity. If a man in the process of socialization, lack of autonomy, initiative and creativity is mentioned; A pupil if in the course of study lack of autonomy, he'll used to passive, accept of learning status. So, from primary school will begin note on the cultivation of students' autonomous consciousness and ability.This study adopts literature research and interview method, the autonomous capability of pupils cultivation mechanism comprehensive analysis and depth. The introduction of currently our education part in pupil independent ability training research achievements were introduced, and expounds the methods and ideas of this study. The first chapter is the concept of independent ability are explained in the interview survey analyzed, and based on the present situation of the development of autonomous ability pupils to illustrate the process of cultivation, and then points out the difficulties facing. Chapter two independent ability pupils in the process of "life and learning contains the participation opportunity" and "freedom of opinion respected as far as possible", "pupils feel independent achievement" and so on three factors are analyzed. Chapter 3 from "the class management", "class teaching activities", "the construction of campus culture," "family education atmosphere" and several other dimensions of independent ability to cultivate pupils approaches are proposed. Chapter four evaluation mechanism, tolerance, material guarantee of several aspects put forward pupils independent ability training conditions necessary for security. Pupils independent ability cultivation is a comprehensive complexity process, need school, family and social education combined close cooperation, formation; Also need to form scientific standard and system, avoid becoming a contingency, education measure of gifts sex; Still need to fully effective safeguard mechanism to promote healthy development of autonomous ability pupils.
