curriculum,the structure and function of the brain will change greatly,and promote the growth of neurons with the diversity and complexity of cultivating sports ability,to ensure the health of the ability not only has the ability of the individual's own characteristics,the ability of each other,the intelligent brain science provides a new perspective for the study of ability.Throughout the many research about pupils ability structure,it is found in the sports and health disciplines in blank,direct application of existing theories in physical education and health course,can not be regarded as a special ability of physical education and health course structure.From the brain science theory that the diversity of intelligence ability and coordination of development and improve the nature of curriculum of physical education and health of students sports ability,cognitive ability and other abilities of in-depth research,combined with many factors,the ability of constructing the structure of primary school physical education and health curriculum under the background of culture and education on sports evaluation the teacher is qualified or not,on the other hand is the main aspect,test students in the physical education and health course about competence acquisition,to make a little contribution to the all-round development of students.Through the study on the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,combing and analyzing a large number of related research,concept,contents and methods of the sports and health curriculum students ability structure and related theories are summarized,making intelligent brain science under the background of physical education and health curriculum students ability structure framework for students and a total of 15 primary school physical education teachers in the 5 boroughs of Shijiazhuang city level and three stage as the research object,expand practice on physical education and health curriculum students ability structure system,comprehensive and practical research,combined with the actual problems,put forward the influence factors,and the pupils' ability structure pictures of physical primary school students' ability,compared with the reality of the primary school students in the three stage of the Shijiazhuang urban area,the overall physical and health curriculum students' ability structure is in a good state.Capacity is good as a whole,but the most fundamental ability in sports curriculum of sports and health and health ability is lacking,the students' physical quality and safety awareness is reflected in the survey visits;and training students of PE teachers in the acquisition of an inverse relationship exists in some aspects,the physical safety as a typical.Mental
