There is a lot research of learning style in western psychology and education areas. Numerous definitions and models together with related test questionnaire provide a reference for learners to understand their learning styles. However, the domestic research just introduce the related foreign theories, but generate few "Local" theory, particularly no one research the learning style in associated various disciplines. With the education reform, we pay more attention to the students' individual differences, and on the other hand, the concept of lifelong learning requires learners' self-learning ability, all of these make learning styles research become more important.In this paper, we tried to establish a mathematical learning style model which is based on the theory of learning style, existing research, and combined with the characteristics of mathematics itself. The paper also text the model by questionnaire.First, the paper introduced the Learning style connotation, learning style model and integration of research, which can get further understanding of The researchers study angle, concern problem and ways, theoretical standpoint, and measuring tool for related model, such as Dunn's learning style scale, Kobul learning style type, etc. In these theoretical studies, we get abstracts of three major concern aspects:cognition, personality and social interaction. Of course, there are many concern aspects, but most are related to these there aspects.Secondly, Based on the above theoretical analysis, combined with mathematical learning styles research, we generated the connotation of mathematics learning style:the continuous and consistent learning methods and learning tendency with personality which is shown by the students when they learning mathematics. Then through the understanding of mathematics learning style, combining the characteristics of mathematics, focusing on the cognition aspect, we settle the dimensions of mathematical learning style model. They are Mathematics perception, mathematical memory, mathematical thinking.Finally, we prepared a questionnaire for high school students based on the mathematical learning style model. There are two targets set for mathematics perception, respectively, field independence/field interdependent and spatial perception/speech perception; one target set for mathematical memory, convergence proposition type/ divergence representation type; There are two targets set for mathematical thinking, respectively, Strong abstract/weak abstraction and analysis/comprehensive. Before a formal investigation, we did a pre-survey within small range first. Then we did a formal investigation to 232 samples and analysis the results, listed the possible reasons. Hoping this will be useful to teachers and learners' self-awareness.
