Research On Multiple Evaluation In Undergraduate Enrollment Of Key University In China

University admission system is an important part of the personnel training in college.Nowadays, a series of one-sided took human produces a negative role to diversified development.Reform of multiple evaluation in college enrollment is developing a urgent attention and problem to be solved. It relates the universities function, and the normal development of quality education. This prompted the author to lunche the research.First the author analyzes the situation of admission system of key university.Mainly from the admissions mode, the admissions process and admissions standard,The present unification and part of photograph union, volunteer and independent combination, the morality, intelligence and physique poor combination of recruitment system are analyzed, to search for the problems existing in the process.The deep reason of the problems are also analyzed. In the second part, comprehensive evaluation system of college enrollment in United States is talked. Admissions policy of American is flexible, including grades and quality of the multiple evaluation standard. In the end of this article, the necessity and direction of the reform of the evaluation of diversification explored.This study of innovation is the perspective of education evaluation, according to the theory,problems are developed,and the view that the admission system should should realize the change from the measurement to evaluation,and from a dollar into multiple. Suggestions such as changing the evaluation concepts and evaluation mode, expanding the evaluation content and evaluation body are promoted.
