Research On Organizational Strategy And Application Of Village Educational Information Resources

With the arrival of network era, information resources have broken through the time-space and geographical restrictions, emerging in information resources with different levels, different properties, rich varieties and diverse formats. As a part of the information resources, village educational information resources are the total of physical educational resources and all other non- materialization educational resources, including human, material and financial resources which can guarantee the normal operation of education teaching. These information resources distribute messily, which not only can't meet learners'demands of information resources, but also make against the integration and utilization of digital information resources, the more can't achieve the sharing of information resources within the maximum scope. In order to effectively concentrate the disordered information resources and make them fully satisfy users' requirements from various aspects, we need to carry on the reasonable and effective organization and management.In view of the above backgrounds and problems, the study contents of this paper mainly include the following aspects:(1) Refering to the relevant literature resources, learn and study relevant concepts of educational information resources, including network information resources, educational information resources, information resources organization and LOM standards normalized to information resources.(2) Studying classification system according to village educational characteristics, village users' characteristics and village resources'characteristics, put forward a mode of village educational information resources organization and service, and confirm the organizational strategy of village educational information resources.(3) Based on classification system and organizational strategy, design a more efficient resource management system according to the classification system - village educational information resources channel, analyse its requirements and functions, and complete the interface and database design.(4) Realize the modules of village educational information resources channel, and then carry on the integration and test.This paper uses the organization method based on the classification system, compared to other information resources organization, this paper' characteristics lie in: on the one hand, identifiy the village educational information resources organizational strategy with applications - applicable objects - course - textbook version - resource types- resource formats as the mainline, and apply it to the village educational information resources channel. On the other hand, according to determined village educational information resources organizational strategy, following the principle of minimum effort, and by the way of gradually positioning, realize the goal of conveniently access to information resources.
