The rapid development of the economy makes the market into the new customer-oriented era gradually.The competition between the enterprises has transferred from the quality,price,service and other aspects to the customer gradually.Till now,the customer resources play a much more important role in the competitions,and the enterprises pay more attention to customer who has become significant capital and a key resource to the development of a company.How to develop new customers and retain the old ones turns into the top priority of a company to enhance the competitiveness and expend the competitive advantage.Customer relationship management theory came into being and develop continually.This paper emphasizes the significance and necessities to apply the CRM system through the sample of the branch school of C Online Education Platform in Kunming.It is divided into seven parts.Through emphasizing the importance of customer relationship management,this paper fully illustrates that it is very necessary to practice the customer management theory and adopt the CRM system under the development situation and future development plan of the C Online Education Platform in Kunming branch school.CRM system's great impact and value revealed in the whole application process will greatly promote the solutions to the management problems and difficulties facing at this stage.It will meet the needs and functional requirements of the C Online Education Platform in Kunming branch school.This paper presents the major functional modules of CRM system which is currently being used.At the same time,it also puts forward the shortcomings of this system in the process of implementation,which will provide the direction for the future improvement of CR system.What the CRM system could bring to the enterprises is not only the realization and practice of the functions,and the auxiliary tools of business operations and services,but also the basis and motivation force of the continual development.
