Research Of Training System Of Football Talents In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Resion

Revitalizing Chinese football requires great efforts to cultivate reserve talents which have become the social consensus.The Inner Mongolia autonomous region was designated as a provincial-level experimental unit of football in September,2014.The experimental unit has undertaken a task to explore new models of football reform and development,which could be duplicated,promoted and supervised.The core of the pilot project is to explore the new mode of cultivating excellent football reserve talents.It is theoretically and realistically significant to find out how to build a new football reserve talent cultivation system with innovation and breakthroughs,how to revitalize the football of the inner Mongolian and how to improve the quality of cultivating football reserve talents.The research uses sociological methods such as the literature material method,the expert investigation method,the interview investigation method,the field survey method and so on.The research investigates and studies deeply about problems and development countermeasures of football reserve talents cultivation system of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region.The conclusions are below:1.The system of cultivating football reserve talents included the training system,the competition system,the flow system,the security system and so on.2.In the training system,the campus football cultivation is the foundation,the elite training camps organized by the football associations or the sports administrations are the core and the echelon training of professional football clubs is on the top.At present,the campus football cultivation and the elite training camps play a leading role in the selection and training system while the echelon training of professional football clubs lack development.3.The competition system in the race has become better in planning and coordination.The education system and sports organizations of events from age set to the arrangement of time have integrated planned.It can meet the requirements of cultivating reserve talents.The football associations lack forceful management and guidance of the international events and activities organized by social forces.4.The football reserve talent cultivation system establishes a “through train” mode and opens the green channel to pursue higher degree that relieves worries of parents and students who take part in football training.The training unite of football reserve talent cultivation system has not protected rights and interests of the players,which needs the enforcement policies at the national level to guarantee.5.The security system of the football reserve talent cultivation system has improved a lot.The policy guarantees the football development into the cadre assessment indicator.More funds will be invested and more stadiums will be constructed which meets the need of talents cultivation.Although the cultivation of the teachers is strong,there is still a large gap between the reality and requirements.The faculty distribution is unbalanced.The access which brings high quality teachers to the primary school has yet to get through.
