Reserve Talent Cultivation And Construction Of Reform Conception On Inner Mongolia Youth Football

Based on the background of current Inner Mongolia football pilot reform and development environment,the young people soccer reserve personnel training as the central issues of reform and development,through the research on the reform of the system since the development of football talents in Inner Mongolia youth culture development present situation,find out the problems faced by the Inner Mongolia youth football talent cultivation,to explore the strategies of solving the problems,the idea of reform and development thinking on improving the Inner Mongolia football reform and development,improve the popularity of Inner Mongolia youth football talent reserve and the competitive level has a very important practical significance.In this paper,literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,logical analysis and mathematical statistics are used to study the following conclusions.1.Made a great leap in human resources,training,competition,security and environmental aspects of the cultivation of Inner Mongolia youth football talents,and have achieved good results;there are coaches,athletes training quality,quality time,competition time arrangement,competition classification and the contradiction between learning and training of six factors is more prominent.2.Between the internal management system of institutional reform cannot combine the cultivation of Inner Mongolia youth football talents,policy and system construction is not perfect enough and the football industry construction shortage is the main factors affecting and restricting the Inner Mongolia youth football reserve talents of reform and development.3.based on research,analysis and analysis,the training mode of Inner Mongolia youth football reserve personnel training reform and development is developed,and two goals,three stages and five implementation measures are developed.
