The moral education is the soul in entire education system; the juvenile are the hope of nation, the juvenile's moral education always is the important link in nation's education. The juvenile are in the key stage of forming healthy body and mind and various sorts of ideals and believes, the positive and healthy life of leisure is useful to improve the juvenile's level life and moral and form right outlook of life and value and nature of characteristics. On the contrary, the passive leisure activities could arouse antisocial personality and crime. Nowadays, the main stream of the juvenile leisure life is healthy, though there are problems which shouldn't ignore in few aspects. It explores the composition he leisure moral education of the juvenile from the objectives, content, principles, ways and means several aspects. The goal of the leisure moral education of the juvenile is to develop every juvenile into an independent personality, who the whole person with independent personality, vitality and healthy. The content of the leisure moral education of the juvenile is to establish the scientific value of leisure, to ensure that adequate leisure time and good leisure environment for the juvenile, the main aim is to promote the formation of independent personality, good quality and moral mind on learning knowledge and skills to improve capacity.
