China's education system from examination-oriented education to quality education reform is step by step, in 2002, "PE Curriculum Guidelines" promulgated to further promote China's PE curriculum reform process. After "Program" issued till now, our universities has various reforms of physical education, aerobics "club" as one of the aerobic teaching modes, has attract the attention of the universitiy PE curriculum reform.In this paper, ten colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia aerobics teaching model as the main object of study, the use of literature, questionnaire, expert interviews and statistics to study, obtained the following results:Most Aerobics teaching use semi-traditional teaching mode; they are mostly content-based, teaching hours is too small to meet the needs of students; the universities of Inner Mongolia, the average age of aerobics teachers appropriate to the favorable aerobics teaching, education level is not high, low titles, special structure is irrational, too few professional teachers, training times too small to achieve the requirements of college students; the university students of Inner Mongolia involved in the motive of aerobics can be divided into five categories, according to their importance are:health motivation, fitness motivation, motivation for heart health, communication motivation, knowledge motivation; in Inner Mongolia, most college students want free choice of school hours, and also want the schools to provide teacher information, students'freedom of choice, prefer to "learn", "training "combining model, like the new curriculum.Inner Mongolia universities article on the current status of teaching and how the students like the model, make the following recommendations:1. The university aerobics should established "club" of teaching modes, including:the objectives of aerobics "club" model teaching, teaching content, teaching process, teaching methods, teaching evaluation and so on.2. Teaching aerobics need to give full play to the characteristics of aerobics and increase the content of a variety of new teaching, mobilizing students to actively participate in classroom teaching, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of teaching. Use more modern scientific teaching methods, cultivating the variety of thinking skills and improve student's knowledge of sports.3. Aerobics class should pay attention to individual differences of students in the practical teaching, and guide students to be treated differently.4. Inner Mongolia, most colleges and universities on the one hand to increase the utilization of the existing sports equipment, but we also need the existing sports facilities on the basis of further increase investment. These sports facilities for use in considering the economic benefits, but also should give more consideration to the sports public service.5. Inner Mongolia, colleges and universities should be strengthened for regular aerobics teacher training, enhance and improve the age structure of teachers and the educational structure, recruit more young professional aerobics teachers.
