With the intensifying social competition, talent has become a central issue increasingly.However, the tremendous competition not only cause pressure, but bring a series ofhealth problems. PE lesson play a primordial role in enhancing the students’ health.Therefore, utilizing the PE lesson becomes the target of innovation. Teaching method isbounded up with the quality of education. This thesis studies the teaching methodologyof “club” used in aerobics to discuss the specific application in the teaching of aerobicsand the factual influence to the teaching efficiency. And extend the good parts to othercolleges, find out the weaknesses and improve them. The research methods used in thisthesis are documentation, expert interviews, questionnaire, statistics, comparison andanalysis, teaching experiment. The main method is teaching experiment. In the method,firstly select60students with similar qualifications and divide them into2groups equally,namely experimental group and normal group, and then take a period of16weeksteaching experiment in which the experimental group uses the teaching method of “club”and the normal group adopts the traditional teaching method, and analyses the statisticsof the experimental result to find out the basis of this kind of teaching method. Researchresults:(1).The experimental group is obviously superior to the normal group in theassessment result and in the teaching result.(2).The experimental group has an advantageover the normal group in the examination of floor exercise, and the “club” style isbeneficial to the enhancement of innovation capability of students.(3).The guidingideology of the “club” teaching method is health leading while the traditional teachingmethod is technique leading. The former lays emphasis on the all-round development ofstudents, covering the aspect of physical, psychological, social and some others topromote the progress of students in order to adapt to the rapid development of society.However, the latter attaches importance to the instruction of skill.(4).There are alsodistinctive disparity between the “club” teaching method and the traditional one. In the“club” teaching method, the teacher is on good terms with the students, and they do thepractice commonly, and they more like friends. Nevertheless, it is superior andsubordinate between the teacher and the students in the traditional teaching method, andthere is a gap between their hearts.(5).The “club” teaching method is conducive toimproving the quality of teaching and to completing the teaching goal.(6).The “club”teaching method contributes to the improvement of students’ self-confidence and theestablishment of virtue.Conclusion:(1).The “club” teaching method is much better than the traditional teaching method in the teaching effect and the teaching quality.(2).Enhancing theprofessional skill is the most important channel to spread the “club” teaching method inuniversities.
