College sports is an indispensable part of education.As an important part of university education of sports and health course,its main function is to promote the health of body and mind development of the students comprehensive,fully meet the students' individual needs and development.In the 80 s,many colleges and universities aerobics to write into the syllabus,after years of summary and development of the project has gradually become the main content of sports teaching in university,because of its characteristics of youth,fashion and vitality,is liked by the broad masses of youth groups.But,with the constant innovation of teaching means and teaching methods and development of the traditional teaching mode has been difficult to meet the demand of the contemporary college students' individual differences and individual,the 21 st century,the national ordinary higher school physical education curriculum teaching instruction summary "in explicitly pointed out that,to" health first "as the guiding ideology," people-oriented "is the education idea,develop the sports teaching in higher education.Under the opportunity,this topic research in the new curriculum reform as a starting point,combined with the ordinary university sports teaching content,integrated into the club for the idea,the teaching method in calisthenics teaching club system introduced in the teaching mode,comprehensively improve students' physique,fully meet the demand of individual students,in order to achieve students' physical exercise and the formation of "lifetime sports consciousness".This research uses the literature material,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and the methods of teaching experiment,to Shanxi university business school of university public sports aerobics students as research samples,through the teaching experiment of 18 weeks,respectively,for a group were height,weight,lung capacity,800/1000 meters in succession,crook proneness,standing long jump and close my eyes standing on one foot,heart rate and other body shape and physiological indexes were analyzed,the final conclusions and Suggestions are as follows:1,Insist for a long time to aerobics club teaching practice can help girls to reduce body fat content,make weight can be maintained within the scope of the standard weight,has strong and handsome body,cultivate good body shape;Improve cardiopulmonary function;Especially the ability of joint activities,enhance the lower limb strength,agility,endurance,strength,quality of body has a good role in promoting and coordination ability,thus to improve the students' physical quality,more comprehensive better quality of finish the teaching task.2,The club teaching compared with traditional teaching can stimulate students interest in calisthenics learning and enthusiasm.Teaching at the club,recreation,embodies the idea of "health first",cultivating "lifetime sports" consciousness,achieved the purpose of "keeping".3,In the late experiment on two groups of students in aerobics assessment,the assessment results show that the experimental group students in the movement of skilled,movement coordination,the expressive force of action,action and music examination results were better than that in control group.Club teaching method based on the improvement of the students hold the raise student's self-confidence,whereas students self-confidence ascension also help improve the quality of calisthenics teaching effect.4,After teaching experiment 4,the experimental group students in subjective determination of exercise intensity,the experimental group students subjective motion feeling after exercise were higher than the control group students,club teaching method through uninterrupted teaching promote students' cardiopulmonary function and natural promoted students themselves for higher intensity in the bear ability,and can be more easily done aerobics learning.The Suggestions for the teaching of club teaching are as follows:1,The club teaching method is not only conducive to students' physical health level,their self-esteem and mental health,can stimulate students interestin calisthenics learning at the same time,suggest to apply the method of independent colleges in the process of public sports aerobics teaching.2,Is not deny that the traditional teaching method,the club approach needs to be at the same time of using the teaching method and traditional teaching method of error correction,demonstration explanation.3,When the club approach to adjust according to the students learning situation teaching progress and the rhythm of music,physical activity and the increase of the difficulty of movement should be gradual.4,The club teaching take the teacher long time led the study,combining teaching jewelry with password,energy consumption is larger,higher requirements for teachers' physical quality,therefore,the club teaching method is more suitable for middle-aged and young teachers,and young teachers own fitness and expressive older teachers better,suggest that more young and middle-aged teachers use this teaching method.5,Every time after 40 minutes of continuous uninterrupted aerobics teaching,can deserve to go up a small amount of special strength training,such as: core strength waist,abdominal muscle,such as biceps muscle group exercises,it also can increase the flexible ligament stretching exercises,lets the student in relaxed reached the purpose of fitness shaping process.
