Aerobics originated in 1968.It is a popular and popular sport.Aerobics teaching is one of the important contents of physical education.Through the requirements of aerobics teaching plan and outline,students can understand the knowledge,technology and skills of aerobics.It can improve health,physical quality and students' physique.Through aerobics teaching to improve students' body shape,physical function and physical quality.The research object of this paper is selected from 30 students of Chifeng College of Grade 16 who take aerobics,including 10 boys and 20 girls.Through aerobics teaching,the test scores of male students,female students,urban students and rural students are compared and analyzed before and after the experiment.Therefore,through the teaching of Fitness Aerobics course,it can provide certain theoretical significance and practical guidance on the effect of college students' fitness.This paper mainly uses different methods,such as literature,experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,to study the influence of Aerobics Course Teaching on College Students' fitness effect.Thirty students were tested for body shape,body function and physical fitness,and then the experiment was carried out in the class.After thirty-six classes,the indicators of the students in the class are tested,and the experimental results are analyzed,and the following conclusions are drawn.1 Through the teaching of Aerobics course,the results of weight,chest circumference,waist circumference and body mass index of boys before and after the experiment are less than 0.01,the difference is significant.The values of vital capacity and resting heart rate in physical function are less than 0.01,the difference is significant.In physical fitness,the P value of upward and 50-meter races is less than 0.01,and the difference is significant.Through the teaching of Fitness Aerobics course,it has a good effect on the fitness effect of boys.2 Through the teaching of Aerobics course,there are significant differences in the results of girls' body shape except height before and after the experiment.The P values of vital capacity and resting heart rate in physical function are less than 0.01,and the difference is significant.The P values of neutral long jump,sit-ups,50-meter and 800-meter running are all less than 0.01,with significant differences.Through the teaching of Fitness Aerobics course,the fitness effect of female students is more obvious.3.Applying the teaching of Aerobics course,there are significant differences in the performance of various indicators in the body shape of urban household registration students before and after the experiment.The P values of vital capacity and resting heart rate in physical function were less than 0.01,and the difference was significant.The P values of neutral long jump,sit-ups,50-meter and 800-meter running are all less than 0.01,with significant differences.Through the teaching of Fitness Aerobics course,it has a good effect on the fitness effect of urban household registration students.4.Applying the teaching of Aerobics course,there are significant differences intheperformance of various indicators in the body shape of rural householdregisteredstudents before and after the experiment.The P values of vital capacity and restingheart rate in physical function were less than 0.01,and the difference was significant.In physical fitness,the p value of each test result is less than 0.05,which has significant difference.Through the teaching of Fitness Aerobics course,the fitnesseffect of rural household registration students is more obvious.
