With the improvement of education reform, the quality standard of teacher has been discussed constantly by scholars for many years. External study in this field is relatively perfect, While internal is still in a continuous exploration stage. Considering domestic research to teachers quality mainly focuses on the theoretical study, and based on the analysis of both theories and practice of teachers quality, this thesis tries to make the new interpretation to structure and connotation of the teacher's quality.In the research process, this thesis mainly adopts literature study, class time quantitative analysis and content qualitative analysis .The research process mainly divided into two parts:First, Referencing the famous American scholar Flanders'interaction analysis of classification system (FIAC), this thesis established an analysis table about teacher-student classroom behavior, which contains 18 kinds of chemistry teachers and students behavior type. Then analysis the behaviors of six classroom teaching video every 5 seconds for a period and record the observation results on the self-designed forms. The results showed that several behaviors hold larger proportion in class actions: teacher's explaining; teacher's and students'experiments; students'individual explaining or group reporting; Teacher's questions putting; The students'watching videos or stuff; Teachers'guiding the experiment.Then, in order to avoid the limitations of quantitative analysis, this thesis studied the teachers and students conduct through text after the preliminary conclusions through the quantitative observation. According to the target classification of bloom and chemistry characteristics, this paper studied what chemistry teachers should be, should know, what should be able and made qualitative research to get more in-depth mining information, understand events and factors behind the phenomenon of behavior.The qualitative analysis results show that teachers attached more importance to the systematic knowledge, skill ability training, connection of class and social and living problems, emotion and attitude and spirits are far-fetched. Some following behaviors still cant get good implementation: learning guidance and effective control; The depth of the students'participation in the teaching; Students querying and questioning; Provide learning method.According to the research results, this paper put forward the following Suggestions to the chemistry teacher's training: (1) Strengthen physical quality, which is the guarantee of teaching. (2)Improve professional knowledge, which is the source of teaching. (3) Strengthen various refining capacity continuously in the practice, which will make perfect teaching. (4) strict on thoughts and introspect actions.(5) Cultivate learning method and thinking ability.
